Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud, on premises, servers, storage, virtualization, networks, and data center operations
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including firewalls, endpoint security, threat monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Ensure high availability and performance of critical business applications, including SAP and other enterprise systems
- Drive infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
- Establish and monitor SLAs, IT governance standards, security policies, and operational procedures
- Manage IT vendors, support partners, contracts, and annual technology budgets
- Lead and develop IT support and infrastructure teams while providing technical and strategic direction
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security Management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
- Strong hands on experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, virtualization, servers, storage, and data center operations
- Experience supporting SAP infrastructure and enterprise applications
- Proven track record in IT project management, service delivery, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, VMware, Microsoft Azure, or AWS are preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and technology projects.
- The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and performance of all IT systems while supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
