- Lead and manage maintenance operations across production lines and utilities
- Develop and implement asset care and preventive maintenance plans
- Ensure timely closure of work orders and minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance costs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CIP, RCA, loss analysis)
- Oversee troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs (uptime, costs, efficiency) and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams for seamless operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing engineering team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing (preferably bottling lines)
- Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation systems
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning systems
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Job Overview
