About the Role

- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products
- Ensure efficient organization and utilization of warehouse space to maximize capacity and operational flow
- Maintain precise inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling data with inventory management system
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards and procedures
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Incharge, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong problem solving capabilities with keen attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
