About The Role

  • Own the complete sales cycle from converting inbound enquiries to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Hands on role for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into paying customers through effective consultative selling.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross selling and upselling services.
  • Build referral partnerships with real estate agencies, relocation companies, e commerce businesses, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling services within logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, self storage, moving & relocation, courier, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing both inbound leads and outbound business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and improve conversion performance.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • UAE market experience is preferred.
