About the Role
Burjline Builders seeks an ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in self-storage, moving, logistics, and business fulfillment. You will own the full sales cycle, convert inbound leads, and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing deals
- Convert inbound enquiries into paying customers through effective consultative selling
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross selling and upselling services
- Build referral partnerships with real estate agencies, relocation companies, e commerce businesses, and corporate clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics, identifying opportunities to improve results
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling services within logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, self storage, moving & relocation, courier, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong experience managing both inbound leads and outbound business development
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and improve conversion performance
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE market experience is preferred
