- Manage the day to day operations of multiple specialty coffee outlets within the assigned region
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all stores
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and outlet teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, customer service excellence, and product quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and implement improvement plans
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, customer experience, and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Training teams to support business initiatives
- Oversee staffing, employee development, succession planning, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and local regulatory requirements
- Support new store openings, renovations, and operational improvement projects
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in multi unit operations within the specialty coffee, café, or food & beverage industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or Regional Manager
- Experience with premium coffee brands or specialty café concepts is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales, operational, and financial targets
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is highly preferred

About The Role

Qualifications & Experience
