About the Role
Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to handle receiving, inspecting, and logging shipments, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining organized stock.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and stage outbound orders for dispatch using barcode scanners and WMS systems.
- Maintain organized stock locations, ensure proper labeling, and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Support inventory audits, report discrepancies, and assist in resolving stock variances.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily shipment targets.
Requirements
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Barcode scanning skills
- Pallet jack operation
- Inventory accuracy and stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO)
- Basic MS Excel
- UAE Driving License (for inter warehouse transfers)
- Forklift Certification (preferred)
- Experience in FMCG or Retail Warehousing (preferred)
- Arabic Language Fluency (preferred)

- Preferred: Forklift Certification, Experience in FMCG or Retail Warehousing, Arabic Language Fluency.
