- Accurately input, verify, and update shipment, invoice, and customs documentation into ERP and logistics platforms
- Match physical paperwork with digital records and flag discrepancies for resolution
- Generate daily and weekly data reports for logistics, finance, and warehouse teams
- Assist in maintaining vendor, customer, and product databases with structured, searchable formats
- Support invoicing and payment tracking by logging transaction details against purchase orders
- Collaborate with department leads to streamline data workflows and reduce manual entry errors
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or TradeTracker)
- Data entry speed (min. 60 WPM with 99% accuracy)
- Knowledge of basic customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading)
- Attention to detail and error reduction methodologies
- Basic understanding of UAE import/export regulations
- Experience with logistics or freight forwarding platforms (e.g., ShipBob, Freightos) preferred
- Arabic language proficiency (reading/writing) preferred
- Familiarity with UAE VAT and customs declaration portals preferred
