- Maintain visitor logs, security protocols, and office supply inventory
- Assist HR and Admin teams with onboarding paperwork, filing, and basic data entry tasks

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong telephone etiquette and call handling skills
- Experience with visitor management systems or front desk tools
- Basic data entry and filing systems knowledge
- English communication (written and verbal)
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred)
- Experience in logistics, trade, or import/export environment (preferred)

About The Opportunity
- A dynamic import export firm operating in the UAE’s fast paced logistics and trade sector, we specialize in cross border cargo movement, customs clearance, and supply chain coordination for regional and international clients.
- We’re scaling our administrative backbone and seeking a polished, proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our operations.
Role & Responsibilities
