Responsibilities
- Manage end to end accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and file VAT returns, customs documentation, and other statutory filings in compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements, maintain general ledger accuracy, and support month end closing activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customs teams to validate transactional data and support audit trails.
- Generate financial reports for internal stakeholders, including cash flow summaries and expense analysis.
- Support internal controls and documentation to meet regulatory and compliance standards under UAE commercial law.
Requirements
- QuickBooks proficiency
- Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- UAE VAT Compliance knowledge
- Accounts Payable / Receivable Management experience
- Bank Reconciliation experience
- General Ledger Maintenance experience
- Financial Reporting skills
- ERP Systems experience (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle)

- Our finance team ensures seamless transaction processing, statutory reporting, and cost optimization across multiple jurisdictions.
Role & Responsibilities

- Must Have: QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), UAE VAT Compliance, Accounts Payable / Receivable Management, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger Maintenance, Financial Reporting, ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle).
- Preferred: Experience with customs documentation or trade finance, Knowledge of UAE Commercial Companies Law, Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar cloud accounting platforms.
