Role Description
Full-time, on-site Warehouse Assistant role based in Doha, Qatar. The Warehouse Assistant will help receive, check, and store food products, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies according to company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Organize stock, prepare and pack orders for delivery to restaurant locations.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and updating stock records to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as assigned.
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
- Coordinate with restaurant teams and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate supply distribution.
Qualifications
- Stock handling skills, including Packing and basic Inventory Management to support daily warehouse operations.
- Inventory Control experience, with the ability to track stock levels, report discrepancies, and follow established procedures.
- Ability to safely perform Forklift Operation or other material-handling equipment tasks (certification or training is an advantage).
- Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and support restaurant branches with their supply needs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food service supply environment is preferred.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills for stock recording and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, based on operational requirements.
