Role Description
The Fit-Out Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for overseeing interior fit-out works for restaurant projects from inception to handover. The role involves coordinating daily site activities, supervising contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring that wor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out works at the project site.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and other site teams.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved materials and standards.
- Check site measurements and ensure proper execution of architectural and interior works.
- Coordinate activities such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, doors, and other finishing works.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities.
- Ensure work progress is in line with the approved project schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant engineers for timely solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, delays, and technical issues.
- Ensure proper coordination between fit-out works and MEP services.
- Follow up on material deliveries and ensure materials are properly stored and protected.
Requirements
- Experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Knowledge of project timelines, quality of workmanship, and safety compliance.
