Role Overview
The IT Manager will manage Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony implementation and integration for food and beverage operations.
The role oversees system deployment, ongoing support, interoperability, data integrity, and alignment with business objectives.
The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, platform providers, and technical teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony projects.
- Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and post-deployment support.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including POS, inventory, and financial management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Experience training staff on new systems and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including defining project scope and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony system implementation and integration across food and beverage operations.
- Oversee the technical aspects of system deployment.
- Ensure seamless system integration and interoperability across platforms.
- Manage ongoing system support to improve operational efficiency.
