Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently
- Operate the micros system for billing and payments
- Assist in setting up and breaking down stations for service
Requirements
- Experience in waitstaff or food and beverage service
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast paced luxury environment
- Knowledge of restaurant floor layout and F&B offerings

Operations
- Adhere to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Participate in comprehensive training programs
- Know the restaurant floor plan, layout, and all F&B offers
- Be familiar with hotel occupancy, arrivals, departures, and SAGs guests
- Establish rapport with guests professionally
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously
- Work towards high guest recognition and build guest preference knowledge
- Follow restaurant Order of Service and Standard Operating Procedures
- Report for duty on time and prepared for shift
- Ensure stations are equipped with clean cutlery and service wear
- Engage in service briefings and take instructions from supervisors
