Your Role
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive assistance throughout their arrival and departure experience.
- Transport and handle guest luggage safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities, services, and room features.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and service needs with a personalized approach.
- Assist with deliveries, messages, packages, laundry, and other concierge related services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of lobby areas, luggage storage areas, and bell equipment.
