About the Role
Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Host/Hostess for the Pool Bar to create exceptional first impressions by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service and enhance dining experience
- Maintain accurate knowledge of menus, promotions, restaurant operations, and hotel offerings to assist guests confidently
- Communicate guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and special requests to service team to ensure personalized experiences
- Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and readiness to uphold Rosewood and LQA standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and service recovery situations with care and professionalism
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to welcome and escort guests with warmth and professionalism
- Ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
- Knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and service recovery

The Team

- As the first and last point of contact for many guests, the Hostess team plays a vital role in creating memorable impressions and ensuring a seamless guest journey.
Your Role
- Welcome and escort guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service and enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of menus, promotions, restaurant operations, and hotel offerings to assist guests confidently.
- Communicate guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and special requests to the service team to ensure personalized experiences.
