About the Role
Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Outlet Cashier to process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately. You will safeguard cash floats, reconcile transactions, and support financial compliance.

Responsibilities
- Process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system
- Safeguard cash floats, payment devices, and other financial instruments in accordance with hotel procedures
- Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorization
- Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end of shift reports
- Support internal controls and house fund audits to ensure compliance with financial policies
- Work closely with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting
Requirements
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers
- Knowledge of reconciliation and end of shift reporting
- Support internal controls and house fund audits
