About The Role
We are looking for a professional and service-driven Waitress who is fluent in Spanish to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality skills who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings and enjoys engaging with an international clientele.
***This is a live-out position***
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests from arrival to departure
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and recommendations
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service at all times
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waitress in a high-end venue
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude
- A team player with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
- **Must already be based locally or able to secure own accommodation (live-out role)**
