A confidential company is seeking a Sales Team Lead for Foodservice in Abu Dhabi to lead and develop a sales team, achieve targets, and expand market share within the Horeca channel.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop action plans to improve sales performance and customer coverage.
- Foster a high performance culture through continuous training and development.
- Identify new business opportunities within restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, institutions, and other foodservice customers.
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and strategic customers.
- Support contract negotiations and major account management.
- Communicate internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business.
- Oversee the process of collection of trade receivables to achieve targeted credit terms policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- 4 6 years of experience in Foodservice.
- At least 1 year in a team leading role.
- Foodservice experience is a must.
- Candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Role Overview
- To lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the Horeca channel.
Sales Leadership
