An experienced and customer-focused **Waitress** to join our premium French cuisine restaurant in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both casual and fine dining environments and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items when needed
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and promptly
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in casual and fine dining restaurants
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
