- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives
- Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns
- Capture and coordinate photo/video content for events, attractions, and guest experiences
- Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing, events, operations, and creative teams to promote campaigns and special events
- Support influencer collaborations and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 2 4 years of social media experience, preferably in hospitality, events & entertainment
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
- Experience with content creation, photography, videography, and basic editing tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
