Job Summary

  • The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process to attract, assess, and onboard qualified talent across hospitality, facilities management, and events & entertainment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and on boarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare salary proposals, offer letters, and employment documentation.
  • Maintain an up to date recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Coordinate pre employment documentation, medical examinations, visa processing, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure timely mobilization of employees according to business requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Events & Entertainment, Retail, or Service Industries is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Theme park will be an advantage.
  • Experience in GCC, preferably Qatar, is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in mass recruitment and operational hiring.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and recruitment practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
