- Host and manage children’s birthday parties and group celebrations from start to finish
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, energetic, and professional experience
- Coordinate party activities, games, and entertainment as per the event plan
- Engage with children to ensure an enjoyable and safe environment
- Assist with party setup, decoration, and venue preparation
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents/guests during the event
- Ensure smooth flow of the party including timing of activities, food, and cake cutting
- Collaborate with operations, F&B, and entertainment teams for event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of party areas before and after events
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and child friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Fluent in English and basic communication in Arabic is plus
