Role Overview
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional service.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.
- Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Assist with maintaining overall café cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Requirements
- Previous waiter, waitress, or food-and-beverage experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer-service skills are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A pleasant personality and professional appearance are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is required.
- A valid Food Handling Certificate is mandatory.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as QAR 1.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
