Role Overview
The role prepares and serves coffee, beverages, and other café products.
The position combines beverage preparation, customer service, stock monitoring, and hygiene compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, and hot and cold beverages according to café standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the bar area.
- Take orders, provide recommendations, and handle customer requests and complaints.
- Monitor supplies including coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other stock.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, recipes, SOPs, and service standards.
- Assist café staff during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and café beverages.
- Good customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
- Friendly, presentable, and professional attitude.
- A valid Food Handling Certificate is mandatory.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 1.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at the café.
