Role Overview
Oversee daily café operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate café staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of required items.
- Monitor cash handling and daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and the overall appearance of the café.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Supervisor.
- Experience in café or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
