- Provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and hospitable manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the department/outlet is organized and presentable

- Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations
- Display knowledge of the food, wine, and liquor menus to support smooth service
- Perform standardized opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- At least 2 3 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five star hotels
- Strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and hospitable manner.

- Always follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations.
- Display knowledge of the food, wine, and liquor menus to support smooth service.
- Perform standardized opening and closing procedures as outlined in the training manual.
- Respond to customer needs, issues, and comments, reporting relevant communication to Manager/Assistant Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 3 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five star hotels.
- Strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity and must be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
