Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries, VIP guests, special requests, complaints, and event clients
- Manage reservations, guest preferences, special occasions, private dining experiences, and event bookings
- Coordinate and oversee planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, social gatherings, and promotional events
- Conduct regular floor presence during service periods and events to monitor service quality
- Develop and implement guest engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze guest and event performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand requirements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, fine dining venue, or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong background in guest relations and event management
- Previous leadership experience in a guest facing role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

Role Overview
- One&Only The Palm seeks a Guest Relations & Events Manager to join the Food & Beverage team.
- The role delivers exceptional guest experiences and manages restaurant events, overseeing guest interactions, reservations, special requests, and event coordination.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries, VIP guests, special requests, complaints, and event clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns.
- Manage reservations, guest preferences, special occasions, private dining experiences, and event bookings.
- Coordinate and oversee planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, social gatherings, promotional events, and special occasions.
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with Culinary, Service, Sales, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct regular floor presence during service periods and events to monitor service quality.
- Develop and implement guest engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure all guests are greeted, seated, and attended to professionally and timely.
- Oversee table allocation, guest flow, and event setup to maximize efficiency and comfort.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, fine dining venue, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong background in guest relations and event management.
- Previous leadership experience in a guest facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of managing guest concerns and event coordination.
- Excellent English communication skills required; additional languages an advantage.
