- Assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Greek dishes according to resort standards
- Prepare mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready before service
- Support senior chefs in daily operation of the Greek kitchen section
- Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control of all food items
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before use
- Follow proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation procedures (FIFO)
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently
- Ensure timely food preparation and smooth kitchen operations during service
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting faults or maintenance requirements
- Assist in receiving, storing, and monitoring stock levels
- Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure efficient service
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant environment
- Experience in Greek cuisine preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Good English communication skills

Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
- Experience in Greek cuisine preferred.

- Positive attitude and commitment to high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
