- Process and handle all laundry items, including linens, uniforms, and guest clothing, with care and efficiency
- Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold items according to company standards and fabric requirements
- Ensure all items are clean, well presented, and delivered in a timely manner
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor the quality of cleaned items and report any damage or irregularities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Replenish laundry supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Ensure proper storage and handling of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry
- Maintain guest confidentiality and care when handling personal items
- Adhere to company grooming standards and uniform requirements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a luxury 5 star hotel or resort
- Knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and hygiene standards
- Detail oriented and a team player
- Good English communication skills
