About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide a polite and professional greeting to all guests encountered in public areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide assistance where required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other guest facing spaces
- Ensure all public areas are always well presented by removing debris, dusting, and cleaning surfaces
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of high traffic areas, restrooms, and entrances
- Replenish supplies such as tissues, hand soap, paper towels, and other amenities in public restrooms
- Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and fittings in public areas are arranged and maintained according to brand standards
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored properly after use
- Maintain storage areas in a clean, organized, and well stocked condition
- Always uphold guest privacy and confidentiality
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a luxury 5 star hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene standards
- Good presentation and team player
- Good English communication skills
- Additional languages are an advantage

Job Overview
