Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when necessary
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations at all times
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guests
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and thank guests upon departure
- Support team members and participate in daily briefings and trainings
Requirements
- Fine Dining/ Michelin Dining Experience preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer facing role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude, customer focused, and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage services
- Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays as needed
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
