Job Summary
- The Captain oversees the assigned section during service, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth restaurant operations, and compliance with Momofuku service standards.
- This role leads Front of House team members, supports daily operations, and acts as a key link between guests, staff, and management.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
