Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store In Charge in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and waste control.
  • Support sales growth and achievement of store targets.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards are maintained.
  • Assist with cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in a QSR, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling and inventory control.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
