About the Role
Chinese Palace Restaurant Group is looking for a GL Accountant with F&B industry experience to manage general ledger activities, high-volume journal entries, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts for multi outlet / high volume F&B operations
- Post and review high volume journal entries (daily sales, inventory, COGS, payroll, etc.)
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliation (POS vs accounting system)
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and balance sheet accounts
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and wastage analysis
- Ensure proper accounting of inventory, stock adjustments, and shrinkage
- Support month end, quarter end, and year end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with operations teams for revenue and expense validation
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT/GST) and statutory requirements
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of GL accounting experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry
- Experience handling high transaction volumes and multi branch accounting
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition and inventory accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced GL Accountant with strong exposure to the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry and proven experience handling high transaction volumes.
