Job Summary
Mandi Man L.L.C. is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress for its restaurant team.
The role provides guest service in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, including order taking, food and beverage service, cleanliness, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and courteously.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to restaurant standards.
- Set, clean, and prepare tables for guests.
- Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and refer issues to the Restaurant Manager when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and other front-of-house team members.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance standards.
- Follow restaurant service, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Clear and reset tables, support busy periods and special events, and perform opening and closing duties.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment properly.
Requirements
- Ready to join immediately.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, long hours, and public holidays.
- 0–2 years of hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Arabic cuisine and hospitality is advantageous.
- Additional language skills, particularly English, are advantageous.

Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 2,200 per month.
