The role provides guest service in a restaurant environment and is performed in person.

Guest service
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Present menus, explain items, and assist with selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Check on guests and respond promptly to requests.
Restaurant operations
- Set, clean, clear, and reset tables during service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and other front-of-house team members.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and refer issues to the Restaurant Manager when required.
- Support busy periods and special events.
- Perform opening, closing, and other assigned restaurant duties.
Standards and equipment
- Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and personal appearance.
- Follow restaurant service, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment properly.
- Promote menu items, special offers, and additional products when appropriate.
Candidate requirements
- Immediate availability to join is required.
- Good communication, customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are required.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are required.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant.
Schedule flexibility
- The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, long hours, and public holidays.
Preferred background
- Zero to two years of hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Arabic cuisine and hospitality is an advantage.
- Additional language skills, particularly English, are an advantage.
