The role maintains and troubleshoots restaurant electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and other MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and other MEP systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and kitchen-equipment issues.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, exhaust systems, refrigerators, freezers, water systems, lighting, and other restaurant facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure kitchen, dining, and back-of-house MEP systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inspections and identify faults, leaks, electrical issues, and maintenance requirements.
- Assist with MEP-system and restaurant-equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain maintenance records, repair reports, inspection records, and service reports.
- Follow maintenance schedules, company procedures, applicable standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with management, kitchen, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Identify spare-parts needs and coordinate timely replacement or repair.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant MEP maintenance experience.
- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or commercial facility environment is preferred.
- Ready to join immediately.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
- Maintenance support may be required during peak operating hours, weekends, and special events.
