About The Opportunity
We are a dynamic hospitality enterprise operating within the vibrant hospitality and catering sector in the United Arab Emirates.
Our company specializes in providing excellent food and beverage services to a diverse clientele.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters, Waitresses, and Baristas at our on-site location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and promptly, providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to manage transactions and billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer service experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS system operation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
- Preferred
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
