Responsibilities
- Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience
- Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant
- Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations
- Taking order and punching them into the POS system
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Regularly update customers on the status of their orders
- Handle complaints from clients
- Serving food and drinks
- Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations
- Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished
- Cleaning the restaurant and applicable operational equipment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- Capability to perform repetitious duties
- Capability of working in a high pressured environment
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Job Summary
