Job Summary
- You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well stocked workspace and customer area, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
- Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times.
- Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations.
- Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment and re stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
- Correctly ordering, dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service.
- Ability to use a manual coffee machine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
