Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Waiter/Waitress role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role provides guest service throughout the dining experience, from welcoming guests and taking orders to serving and billing.
Daily responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Keep tables clean and properly set while monitoring guest needs and responding to requests or concerns.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff and handle payments and billing carefully.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards while maintaining an organized dining area.
- Support colleagues during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, professional communication, food and beverage knowledge, and basic food service skills.
