The Hostess Server is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing table service.
Core responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Manage reservations through SevenRooms and process payments accurately.
- Coordinate with hosting, serving, bar, and kitchen teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Meet guest needs promptly, uphold service standards, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Required qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of SevenRooms and comfort using reservation or point-of-sale systems.
- Teamwork skills for collaboration with hosting, serving, bar, and kitchen staff.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
