Role Description
Full-time, on-site Head Waiter position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Oversee the dining-room floor, ensure smooth service, and lead the front-of-house team.
Service Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests and manage table assignments.
- Take and coordinate orders and supervise food and beverage service.
- Train and support waitstaff.
- Resolve guest concerns and communicate with the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Support reservation management and opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs are required.
- Sommelier experience is required.
- Food and beverage operations experience, including table service and menu familiarity, is required.
- Supervisory or senior waiter experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is required.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are advantageous.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards is required.
- Upscale or fine dining experience is highly beneficial.
