The venue offers an elevated food and beverage experience focused on quality ingredients, innovative menus, attentive service, and memorable guest experiences.
Role Description
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service and consistently high guest satisfaction.
Maintain high operational standards while contributing to a collaborative and professional work environment.
Operations and Service
- Supervise front-of-house and food and beverage service.
- Manage staff scheduling, coach team members, and support recruitment and onboarding.
- Monitor service quality, handle guest feedback, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support inventory control, cash handling, basic reporting, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant management or hospitality supervisory experience is required.
- Premium or high-volume hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, leadership, conflict management, and organizational skills are required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic reporting tools is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are advantageous.
Workplace and Schedule
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays according to restaurant operations.
