- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and resort dining experiences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely coordination with kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette, attention to detail, and presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to enhance the overall dining experience
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary requirements
- Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are prepared and maintained to luxury standards
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
- Support smooth restaurant operations during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in compliance with resort standards
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
