Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and partnership channels

- Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and administrative tasks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management, preferably in luxury hotel, resort, or lifestyle hospitality
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, brand positioning, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms, CMS, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance metrics
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, ensuring consistent brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth in a unique luxury desert resort environment.

- This role plays a key part in strengthening the resort's brand positioning while driving awareness, guest acquisition, and loyalty.
- The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales, Operations, Revenue, and Brand teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, create engaging content, monitor campaign performance, and ensure all communications align with brand standards.
- This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, project management abilities, and a solid understanding of luxury hospitality marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, brand positioning, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content and compelling brand storytelling.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva; familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Experience coordinating with creative agencies, photographers, influencers, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self motivated, detail oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote luxury resort environment.
- Passion for luxury hospitality, experiential travel, sustainability, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
