About the Job

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Lounge menu, including light meals, beverages, and signature drinks.
• Take accurate orders, communicate them to kitchen and bar staff, and deliver them promptly to guest specifications.
• Handle special requests and dietary needs while informing management and kitchen colleagues about allergies or preferences.
• Provide personalized service, upsell services and products, and create memorable guest moments.
• Operate the POS system, process bills, and follow hotel and cashiering policies.
• Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards and follow MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences.

Requirements

• A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• A degree or higher national diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management is advantageous.
• At least two years of Waiter/ess experience is required, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required; Arabic or other additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of dining service standards and familiarity with restaurant POS and cashiering procedures are expected.
• The role requires extended standing and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
