- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
- Acquire in depth knowledge of Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise customers
- Monitor quality of Food & Beverage being served
- Perform all service preparations before, during and after service (mise en place & mise en scene)
- Use upselling techniques to exceed customer expectations and increase revenue
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, such as restaurant
- Ability to perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to standard of performance manual
- Good customer relations and ability to attend to complaints/queries
- Compliance with environmental, health and safety policies
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards

Overview
- We are looking for Waiter / Cashier (Arabic Speaker preferable) responsible to provide professional service to our customers, ensuring the restaurant visitors will become a memorable dining experience.
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, such as restaurant is an advantage.
- Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the company.
- Responsible for all service preparations before, during & after the service.
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.
- Comply with the company environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet & upkeep of all service equipment.
- Greet & seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet & personalized way.
- Acquire in depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu or any other aspect related to Al Safadi Restaurants business/concept in order to assist and provide advice to customers.
- Consistently monitor quality of Food & Beverage being served.
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
- Attend and participate in daily briefings, debriefings and other meetings as scheduled.
- Actively use up selling techniques to exceed customer expectations and increase revenue.
