Key Responsibilities
- Creative Execution: Develop and execute creative concepts across print, digital, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Creative Lead.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency across all communication materials.
- Branding & Design: Create visual assets across multiple platforms, including branding, visual identities, social media content, packaging, menus, retail/POS materials, promotional collateral, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Packaging & Print Production: Design packaging artwork, develop and adapt packaging dielines (die cuts), and prepare production ready files for commercial printing and manufacturing.
- Digital Content: Design engaging social media content and digital marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and external suppliers to translate briefs into effective visual solutions while ensuring creative quality and production accuracy.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
- Design Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends, materials, print technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
