Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
- Perform all service preparations before, during and after service (mise en place and mise en scene)
- Monitor quality of Food & Beverage being served
- Use upselling techniques to exceed customer expectations and increase revenue
- Attend and participate in daily briefings, debriefings and other meetings
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, such as restaurant, is an advantage
- Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to standard of performance manual
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of service equipment
- Acquire in depth knowledge of Food & Beverage menu

Job Overview
- We are looking for Waiter Arabic preferable responsible to provide professional service to our customers, ensuring the restaurant visitors will become a memorable dining experience.
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, such as restaurant is an advantage.
- Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the company.
